Inspiring Career Growth in Small-Town Appalachia

Rainmaker Music Management has partnered with Allegany College of Maryland to organize a one-of-a-kind social media marketing internship program. As a result, Rainmaker bought and renovated 60 Pershing St to be used as a workspace and media lab for students in the program. This office space allows local students to pursue a high-value career path and work in offices similar to what you would find in big cities while staying right here in their hometown.

 How do I Qualify?

To utilize our office space as a student, you’ll need to be enrolled in the

Social Media Marketing program at Allegany College of Maryland. During your studies,

you will have the chance to apply for our internship program here at Rainmaker.

  • To qualify, you’ll have to be current student in the social media certificate program at Allegany College of Maryland. During your courses, you’ll have the chance to complete a short project in collaboration with Rainmaker with the potential to be brought on as an intern after project completion. To learn more about the program, visit allegany.edu.

  • Yes! Any student in the social media program can use the space with permission from your professors, and our team. This is a great location to study.

  • As an intern, you’ll get experience in a variety of areas of marketing including content creation and planning, social media, analyzing and reporting metrics, design, video editing, production, website management, and more!
